When I was 18 I got asked on a date by a (very mature) 15 year old. I went, but despite getting along rather well with her decided against a second date because the age thing was starting to freak me out.
Years later, I sort of regret not going for another date, but it's not eating me up or anything like that.
I don't think there would be anything terribly wrong with giving it a try, if she's mature enough. I however imagine there will be all sorts of complications.
