There is no real connection between Dubya and the Saudi's, however Bush Sr. has a friendship with the Saudi royality and probably some of the Bin Laden's. There are something like 52 Bin Laden children and Osama has been exiled from his own family because of his radical views and I think threatening to kill or even killing within his own family.
On a side note isn't it weird how some of the most evil people in the world never seem to die, and are always so hard to capture/kill???
