Can you boot into safe mode? (Press F8 as the Computer boots up to get the boot menu).
If so, see if everything loads. If it does, try to unintstall the MouseWare software using Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Once that's done, reboot and try booting up normally to see if that fixed anything.
