I find that if you've ever listened to music while doing something enjoyable (not wackin off) if you listen to it again, you will be put in a similar state of mind.
IE: I listened to the matrix soundtrack while reading every terry brooks book, now whenever i listen to any song from it, i am brought back to that world.
