When I used to use condoms I pulled my foreskin back first, but I am not sure the *correct* way is that, but I don't see why it'd matter either way, use preference.
As far as different, w/out a condom my wife really likes how it rubs in other places while we're having sex.. So it'll stimulate the girl more probably
