Remember, anytime you download freeware, check to see if it contains any spyware or adware. The easiest way is to Google for, in this case "xnote stopwatch spyware". This one seems to come up clean. Even so, after installing, you should run Ad-Aware, Spybot Search & Destroy, or both.
