In The Netherlands there is a urban legend going round about: Group rape or Smiley.
Some youth gang forces girls into alleys and then ask her the question: Group rape or Smiley? A smiley is a XTC pill so most of the girls choose the smiley. Then a gangster cuts the cheecks of the girl in the mouth corners. Then another gangster punches the girl in her stomach, the girl opens her mouth and screams. Her cheaks will ripp open towards her ears. Leaving the girl with a smiley scar for the rest of het life.
