If by "perverted" you mean possessing the sick sense of humor or the twisted ( some say "sprained" ) mind which is usually the root cause of most juvenile or blatantly-sexual humor and innuendo.....then I'd say that both men and women are about even.
Men tend to have a low to moderate level of degenerate humor or innuendo operating pretty much all the time.
Women do too....but they have an internal "mute" button which allows them to keep from saying most of the truly warped stuff which would cause so many eyebrows to arch and/or jaws to drop.
