Once a day is no issue. I have done it as much as 8 times in a day when I was much younger. My frequency is much reduced these days since I exercise daily, and the wife and I have sex 4 to 5 times a week. I find that my pleasure with sex is a bit heightened when I don't masturbate on the same day ahead of it.
