if you really want to cut back, even after its health effects have been discussed, just try having an extremely busy schedule, Im a full time student and a full time worker, and I train for bike racing 4 times a week, more in 3 months when season starts in earnest.
On busy weeks, I dont feel like wanking, I feel like dying...
other solution - g/f or b/f... usually sorts things out for me...
