Mountain Oysters i.e. cow balls - they are actually very good.
I spent some time traveling throughout Asia and had some particularly weird stuff including fish head soup, pig heart, boiled fat, marinated bugs of some sort, dog and cat(though I did not know it at the time) and I drank snake blood directly from a snake that had been slit down the middle. These were just the some of the highlights. I primarily stayed with familes, and ate whatever they served. The snake was on a dare.
Frankly, I will try anything once, and have had the opportunity to try many, many things.
