Wierd things I eat regularly:
Sushi, eel and snail is a weekly occurence for me.
Fish eyes, beef tripe, grilled octopus
Sea urchin, wasabi tobiko (flying fish eggs marinated in wasabi).
Oysters on the half shell.
Fish intestine, however, is not part of my normal bill of fare. I thought it was squid, but it was waay too soft. Someone told me what it was two days after, and I didn't feel too good.
I would try Rocky Mountain Oysters, if the opportunity arose.
