Damn straight. When they stare at you you're supposed to scare the fuck out of them so they run out of the room at mach 5.
I had a cat that would stare at me for
hours (literally hours, just watching me play on the computer, do homework or watch tv. just stared the entire time). It never really bothered me very much, but I'd scare her anyways because I'm mean.
Anyways, vacuum cleaner always works, but I prefer to sneak up on my animals while they're eating and scream at them. I had a dog once that would sneak over to the catfood bowl and start eating out of it like I didn't know what she was up to, she knows it's not for her because we yell at her every time we catch her. So anyways she's doing this one night and must not have seen me on the patio, I see it though and sneak up on her and scream at her when I'm like a foot away from where she's eating. Dog jumps up a good 1-2 feet, hits the ground and starts yelping and running away. I almost laughed myself into a coma, but then I noticed I literally scared the piss out of her and had to clean it up.
They're pissed off for an hour or so but I'm buddies with all of my animals.
