phunk- yeah it could be that. I know the prostate is lower in the abdoman (sits in back of and below the bladder) and usually can be stimulated by pressure to the pubococcygeal (PC) muscle (the area between the scrotum and anus). That would explain the need for the bladder to be half ful or more, in order to put pressure there. Personally, i think there is a seperate pleasure center at play, something that both men and women share.
