They haven't been "caught", yet. They are clients of a corporation that may be (probably is) giving this stuff to athletes, so they are being asked what they know about it, and being asked to provide samples for testing.
They will probably be caught eventually, but the issue will come up as to "did they know". Many will likely say they didn't. Bonds' name being involved will probably help the athletes since MLBPA will do everything they can to make sure he (and therefore all the others) suffer as little punishment as possible.
