In my experience, I have found that wireless mice are kind of laggy. I guess all I can suggest is that you make sure it is ALWAYS charged or new batteries, and keep the sensor in clear sight. Also try and anticipate shots in games. Unless MS has improved their technology, it's kind of laggy.
