My answer would be nothing happened.
If you're like most people, you're not pulling the ebrake up completely all the way until it can't budge any further. If you would have done that, you would have immediately known about it.
Most likely there was some small rubbing, I'd even go as far to say that there was probably little to no wear.
Some cars also have ebrakes on a seperate pad/device, your regular brakeshoes/pads may not even be worn.
And plus, it's the rear brakes which only does like 25-30% of your total braking. You won't be crashing anytime soon.
