If they are irregularly shaped dependently get them checked out. And if they are multi colored (large difference in color pattern) this may be a sign of cancer. if you never noticed them before and they just showed up get it checked out, if not bring it up at your next physical.
It is probably nothing though, so don’t spend nights worrying.
