There really is no need, if you feel uncomfortable about how you smell, simple soap and water will help. It does give you yeast infections, because it rinses out all the "good' bacteria up there that keeps those in check.
My b/f's aunt is an OBGYN, and she tells me there are actually girls out there that think that douching after sex rinses out the sperm and keeps you from getting pregnant! Can you beleive it?
