I walked out during the big battle scene at the end of LOTR:The Two Towers. I thought it was a good scene, but for some reason I started to get really claustrophobic (sp?) sitting there in the middle of the theatre filled to the max with opening weekend people. That was the only time in a theatre... I did take "It's Pat: The Movie" out of the VCR after 20 minutes because it was horrid, I tried to get my money back for the rental, but Blockbuster wouldn't do it.

I remember people walking out during the introduction of Fat Bastard in the Austin Powers movie.
