By default, all of your harddrives are shared in most Windows OS's these days. They are usually referred to as \\yourcomp\C$, \\yourcomp\D$, \\yourcomp\E$, etc. May want to go and disable all of these. I have no idea why MS thought this would be a good idea to share your entire computer by default, but hell, it's MS.
