I think that if he let Alou catch the ball, they wouldent have gotten 8 runs in one inning on 1 out left. But you can't blame him for wanting a ball. Then again Aliu would have thrown the ball into the stands after he caught it most likely. So in a way it was his fault a bit, but the Cubs had errors too. As far as feeling sorry for him? Not a chance, you reap what you sew, in his case, many angry ppl who want him dead.
