i'm not getting the point of this thread

it's like saying "Are you guys cool enough to be MY friend?"

Screw that, man. "Are you cool enough to hang with the TFPers" is more like it.

Not to put a self-righteous spin on it all, but we're all ready nice to all the newbies and we constantly welcome new peeps to the fold. We're in no mood to suddenly change ourselves so we can be cool in *your* eyes if we aren't all ready. We have a model that appeases the general public. If ya don't fit in.. you may be about 2 or 3 standard deviations away from the norm.
