Just did one last night, and on my way to the labs for another tonight.
If you're going to be doing a lot of all-nighters, learn to powernap. I can be asleep within a minute, and wake up 10 minutes later without an alarm or anything. It's incredibly refreshing. To learn, just start taking naps: lie down, and set an alarm for 10 minutes later. Get up 10 minutes later, even if you didn't sleep. Your body will learn to sleep when it can.
Also, coffee.
