I honestly think that's just what people say.
I feel Canada is the best country in the world to live in...Doesn't matter what city..Well it does, But to me it's still canada..No matter what city your in...But I prefer Toronto.
But people in the states will say the same thing about thier city or state..even thier country. Now I realize that thier are country's where alot of people what to get out of thier current country.
There is no place like home...And wherever that is, Most people will feel that it's the greatest place to be.
