Again, you need to review your history.
The Zionist movement started in the 20's with European Jews moving to Palestine and purchasing land, joining the Jews that already lived in that area (contrary to popular propaganda, there have always been Jews living in Palestine.
After WW2 and increasing Arab-Jewish conflict, the UN tried to partition Palestine about 50/50 between the Jews and Arabs, something the Arabs rejected.
This led to the Isreali war of independence in 1947, and it was THAT event that created Isreal, not the UN.
Also, the United States did not seriously become an ally of Isreal until the late 50's when the USSR tried in increase it's influence in the area by supplying Egypt and Syria with weapons.
