Squats are going to be the best exercise for your legs. Sometimes guys will puke after doing them because they work your legs so good. I'm glad you are not the type of person to neglect your legs and work only your upper body. Nice to see that you understand that working out your legs triggers a huge growth hormone release that aids in full body gains.
As far as cardio goes, I suggest high intensity interval training (HIIT). DO a search on the web to find out more about it. Here are some pages that will explain it:
