We do not learn to like breasts. That thought is ridiculous. Sexual attraction is innate, not learned. If it was learned the very first humans would never have been able to reproduce.
And if a cross-cultural attraction mechansim is present in a species, there must be a psychological mechanism that produced this reaction, that has been selected for.
This really is not a difficult question, and definitely not a rhetorical one.
