It's either a blue-eared pheasent, white-eared pheasent, or a brown-eared pheasent.
The instructor gave my girlfriend a picture of it (the one I posted), and told the class to find out its name. So that's about as far as we could narrow it down, being that it's a black and white picture. Dumbass instructor
