Headed eastbound on Interstate 80, somewhere in Nebraska, X-mas 1997...middle of the night, I came up on a sign that was in X-mas lights...about 100 yards long and 20 feet high that read "Merry Christmas, Eat Beef". That was one of the stranger things I've seen, out and about. I was pretty confused, it would have been nice to talk to those people to get the story!
