Hello, my name used to be Bob!!
I've been telling myself for a while that I need to get in shape. This semester in one of my classes we have to do an 8 week behavior modification project. Mine was eating healthier and loosing weight. Had to switch lifestyles overnight. Started eating healthier and going to the gym first thing in the morning.
So far, looks like I'm on the right track. In about 5 weeks I have lost 7 lbs. It would be more but I had to take a week off due to a knee injury. But, back to the grind. I feel lots better now as well.
Here's some additional motivation, think about spending time with your kids and how active they will be. That's what I do. I want to be involved in my kids lives and if that means I need to be in better shape, then that's what I'm going to do.
