They can be very un-healthy for a majority of realtionships. Most men thinks it's going to be aboiut them and are suprised that, yup, the women just want you out of there.

Remember that only a
small percentile of relationships can sustain this activity for any length of time, and that the monogomy of the act is 0%, since the definition of monogomy is being commited to one person. i'm not even going to play devils advocate on "open" relationships because i've rarlely heard that argument made well or convincingly.
