Thanks people, I've been trying Eudora, The Bat, Outlook 2002, Pocomail and Thunderbird.

I think I'll gor for the latter. Nice interface, and I really like the spam filter. Also I've been using Firebird for some time - probably not the same people, but I like the philosophy behind thse apps.
