Trust --> Betrayal. If you put yourself in a position to be taken advantage of, you will be taken advantage of.
Whether or not it is natural for a man to have his way with as many women as possible is entirely irrelevant. Many things come 'naturally' to human beings that are illegal and/or considered wrong by the majority of society - murder, rape, assault, etc. Killing your enemies is the most effective and permanent way to deal with them - it is very, very natural.
If you only do what comes naturally, you are just an animal, and will be treated like one.
