Is he implying that sex with another person is necessary or that sex in general is necessary?
Forgive me for arguing semantics, but can't all these things be achieved with a vigorous bout of wanking off? They don't mention masturbation until they start talking about colon cancer, but can't masturbation fulfill all the bullet points?
