YES!
I had one last night.... for a few seconds...
It was night and I was outside on a road, one direction had a very steep hill.
Then randomly I was like "Dude this is a dream... try and make something happen!"
I made a car almost drive into me, then tried to make something happen to some person, but failed and woke up.
