I hope the guy learns from this that when you harm someone it could come back to bite you. For the Molester he got what he deserved.
It was good that the "victim" wasn't taking the role of victim anymore. I'm curious how the fight came up. If the molester had badgered the guy any then I don't think the "victim" should be considered at fault. The molester started this years ago. It is good that the circle did come round.
I wouldn't blame the law for charging the victim for the assult. He can't be left to believe he can beat up anyone because they "deserve" it. I hope they go easy on him though - I don't blame him for getting his "revenge". I hope now he's able to let go of that anger though.
