Cant change IP address with Proxy
I checked my IP address and it is diffrent from the proxy I'am running, I can most times run IP check and they match. Now I have an address that seems to be locked. I never used this address before and can not change it. I run traceroute and it ends up in town about 80 miles away. Has anyone had this problem before or know what to try ? Thank you
