Washington or perhaps Lincoln for the greatest, but Wilson and FDR should be considered some of the "greatest". I feel that it is too soon to determine if any of our modern presidents (Johnson, Nixon, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush) will ultimately rank among the greats. You really need to give it 50 years or so to see what the long term effects of their presidency is.(Or at least that was what they tauch me in PoliSci 532 - American Presidency all those years ago)
