I feel if they didn't have strong evidence on this one it wouldn't even of gone to trial. I also think if the defense had a strong case they wouldn't be having this kind of testimony in a pre-trial hearing. That almost never happens this early in a case and I think the defense is looking for anything to maybe find a loop hole in. Nah nah nah nah.... nah nah nah nah ...Hey hey hey GOODBYE!
