Since the time of writing that last post, however, I have had the chance to see the White Stripes on Conan O'Brian. For a two piece band they have a suprisingly full sound and the tunes aren't too bad. And the drummer chick (Meg) was pretty cute.

Also, this being Wisconsin, the radio nazis are fairly particular about what our frail ears get exposed to. So I'd guess there's good music out there, it'll just take a while to filter down to me. My appy-polly-loggys if I have offended.
