And if that's not possible, how about getting away for the evening? With the cost of on-line flower arrangements and delivery you could easily book a nite in Sydney.
Drive into the city, book a room in a romantic, hip part of town, and go out together on foot. Get something to eat, go to a coffee shop, walk by the ocean, etc. Let her know that if she sees something interesting the two of you should go check it out. Later, check out the Jacuzzi tub in the room and steal the towels.
It's amazing what a little getaway can do - even if its not going far and its only for the nite.
