Die Hard 2 (but as mentioned above, 3 more than makes up for it)
Personally I though Terminator 3 was far superior to T2 since it wasn't a big-budget re-tread of it's predecessor (though still one of the greatest action flicks ever made).
Oh an Episode I and II are PREquels not sequels, so shut the fuck up about them. Sorry, had to get that out, I just can't stand how people always have to somehow find a way to whine about the Prequels in a conversation about movies.
