personally, I drive an Integra, which is based on the Civic platform, but has a hatchback. Try looking at other sporty hatchbacks like the Integra or the VW golf. I've moved house using my Integra, and its not all that bad. It gets my snowboards and my gear to the ski slopes, it moves my desk and chairs when i break them down, its sporty when i want it to be........
They offer a good blend of practicality and fun.
Oh, I think I forgot to mention the Mazda Protege5. You guys seem to like Mazda. I drove this car for a while, and its a pretty nice car. Sporty enough, and practical.
