Yeah I have. I actually still have my copy of Overlord somewhere in my room. But I never figured it out. I played it to death but could never get anywhere in it, and I had the instuctions (I don't think they told you anything specific).
I read somewhere on the net that it was known as being an impossible game to beat, so don't feel bad about not being able to yourself.
