Top 13 were present on all ballots, continuing the general trend. Michigan and Texas Christian were only on 3 ballots, while Michigan State was on 5. (Go figure.)
Washington State beat Arizona by 23 and drops a spot?! Miami beats West Virginia by 2 and drops 3 spots?! Tennessee loses and damn near falls out from #6?! Damn, you people want blood! (Okay, I helped on Miami's and Tennessee's drop.)
It's clear who #1 is in our opinions. #2-#5 is wide open, as is #11-#13, with 2 points separating #11 from #13.
