Not true.

If the league can handle it, and there are available markets (See: NFL) then it is ok. If you start going into maginal markets simply for the expantion fee money (see: Tampa Bay in MLB, Columbus, Nashville, etc. in the NHL) then you start having problems.

Does hack have any kind of revenue sharing? If not, a piece even like baseball does would probably be a boost to the teams that need it, especially in Canada. Along with folding a few teams.
