If it is a serious test, administered by a certified, reputable organization I think it could go into General Discussion. But that is only if the results you recieve can actually be discussed with others in a serious (or as serious as some people can be) manner.
All other tests/quizzes/things should go into nonsense. These are the ones where you take it, post the result, and never think about it again.
