Avitars? Where to get them or....
How do I make them? I love the moving gif's but I'm a little confused on where everyone gets them... I imagine most everyone makes them up themselves... I've got Photoshop and I've really started to try to use it as of last week - I'm getting there but I'm no way worthy of anything cool yet.
I have all the Adobe software (perk from work) and some other odd programs so what would you suggest I use to try to make one....
Can I take a jpeg off the internet (news or cartoon site) and modify it to work for me?
