I however am an animal lover and I believe life is life and it's wrong no matter what you're doing it to. But even the Bible holds man above animals so I can see what you mean.(And yes I know you're an atheist lol) Because we all know that we are slightly more important but animals can carry on without us just fine however we would find it quite hard to carry on without them in this day and age don't ya think? Sorry I took you the wrong way though.
